For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Money Order. To place a Guidebook and/or Map order, please:

use our secure, automated ONLINE ORDER FORM if you are paying by Visa or MasterCard, or
use the appropriate MANUAL ORDER FORM if you are paying by Certified Cheque or Money Order, or are uncomfortable about placing orders on the internet.

All orders are shipped via standard first-class surface mail within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you would like your order shipped by another method, you can email to inquire about additional shipping methods and charges, or use the "Additional Information" section on the forms to specify your preferred shipping method and authorize us to charge the additional shipping charges. We will not charge the additional costs until we have notified you of the extra shipping charges and you have confirmed the total order amount.
